SafeConsults In-clinic Appointment System aims to solve this problem in doctors’ clinics. The system allows doctors to schedule appointments, remind patients of the appointment before their scheduled time and also notify them of any delays so that they do not have to come to the doctors’ clinic and wait – the patients can come later if their appointment has been delayed. Walk-in patients also do not need to waste time waiting in the doctors’ waiting room – they get to know of their estimated appointment time and can use the intermittent time to finish other work instead of wasting time waiting in uncomfortable and disease-infected waiting rooms.
